Does my Vehicle Have 4G Wi-Fi Hotspot Capability?
When you are looking at your Uconnect touchscreen system, you can take inventory of the different apps that are available. You'll be looking for the Wi-Fi Hotspot button. It's important to note that this option was available on select models from 2018 through the 2024 model year. That means that there are a few different options that could be found, but if your vehicle has something like Uconnect 5 NAV, it's like that you'll have Hotspot capabilities.
Can I purchase 4G Wi-Fi Hotspot?
The first thing you need to do is make sure that you have a portable device with internet capabilities. You'll launch the Wi-Fi Hotspot app that we've mentioned previously, and enable it to turn on. There will be a few different setup options to help you figure out the name and password to get into the Hotspot. You'll also have to open up your portable device and create a MyVehicle account to select and purchase the subscription option that you're searching for.
How Can I Access the Vehicle Health Report?
Once a month, the Vehicle Health Reports will be sent to the email that you have assigned. You can actually assign up to four email addresses to each specific account, which means more than one person can be sent this report. There's also the ability to see these reports on the Owner Center (under Maintain & Care) through your tablet, phone, or computer.
What do I Receive in the Vehicle Health Report?
This is the kind of comprehensive report that gives you a wide variety of info about your Alfa Romeo vehicle. You'll find things like mileage, powertrain systems, brakes & suspension, oil levels, and tire pressure levels. Some of the specific powertrain systems that are looked at include the charging system, electronic throttle control, transmission temperature warning light, and engine malfunction light. You'll also get information if there is a system that needs action (required, suggested, or needed).
What Services Come with Alfa Connect?
There are multiple different services you are getting access to through Alfa Connect. A few of these services include SOS Call, Assist Call, Roadside Assistance, Vehicle Theft Alert, Alfa Customer Care, Monthly Vehicle Health Report, Off-Road Pages, In-Vehicle Messaging, Alexa Vehicle Assistance, TomTom Navigation, and Dynamic Range Mapping.
